PREPARATION METHOD
You have to take all these three items
Indrajau, Almond and Roasted Chana in equal quantity. Say about 100 gms each.
Then mix them and put in a grinder and grind it well to make it smooth powder.
All these items will mix together well when you grind them well. Once it is
made powder stop the grinder and store that in an air tight container.

HOW TO CONSUME?
Once you have the powder, take a spoon
(table spoon) and consume 1 spoon daily after meal. You need to take only once
a day.
