Here are simple and effective ways to include honey in your diabetes-friendly diet.

1. Honey with Cinnamon for Diabetes:
This combination manages the spiking blood sugar levels, it also improves metabolism, lowers the cholesterol levels and aids weight loss.
To prepare this amazing remedy we need raw honey, ground cinnamon and water…
Add ground cinnamon to boiling water.
Boil it for 10-15 minutes until the spice dissolve completely. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for about half an hour.
Filter the mixture into a cup and add one teaspoon honey and mix well.
Drink this every morning on an empty stomach to control diabetes.

2. Honey with yogurt for diabetes:
Take 1 teaspoon raw honey
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
Mix both the ingredients well.
Have this mixture first thing in the morning, with an empty stomach.
Repeat this every day for a month, and witness the gradual drop in your blood sugar levels.

3. Honey with Basil, Neem, and Turmeric:
Take 1 tablespoon raw honey
2 tablespoons dried basil powder
2 tablespoons dried neem powder
½ tablespoons turmeric powder
Mix the ingredients well in a bowl.
Take a tablespoon of this mixture and have it with a tablespoon of honey with warm water daily morning on an empty stomach.
