Diabetes can
be 2 types ..type 1 and type 2..

lack of insulin is type 1 diabetes ..where as when the cells are unable to use
that insulin properly and efficiently it is called type 2 diabetes..

1.Take a
little cranberry juice add a little water to it and also add equal amount of
apple cider vinegar to it and add some lemon juice to it..stir it well and
drink it daily..
2.Take 1 tsp
of cinnamon powder add water to the glass and stir it and drink it daily ..you
can also add cinnamon powder to
smoothies and other beverages also..cinnamon has so many medicinal
benefits..it reduces blood sugar levels and keeps balance..
3.Take 2
okra or ladys finger cut their ends off,slit them in between and make sure do not wash them..take a glass of water drop
this in the glass of water and keep it aside for over night..in the morning
remove okra from the water and drink that water daily in early morning before
taking any food..
4. POMEGRANATE
JUICE..It is filled with anti oxidant substance that protects your cell from
diabetes..studies suggest that taking pomegranate juice daily for 3 months can
reduce sugar levels..
5. ORANGE
JUICE..Oranje juice provides a healthy option for those having diabetes..it has
a low glycemic index and moderate glycemic load..this juice also contains
vitamin c..that improves blood vessel functions..those suffering from diabetes
..orange juice is a good anti oxidant
that protect your tissues from oxidative damage..
6. TOMATO
JUICE..Drinking tomato juice may improve the cardio vascular health of patients
with type 2 diabetes ..tomato juice improves the blood platelet activity and
reduces the risk of developing heart disease..un sweetened tomato juice has a
low glycemic index..taking this juice dailt will give effective results..
7.Take some fenugreek seeds soak them in water and
keep aside for over night..early morning
chew these seeds along with water on empty stomach..by doing this for 15
days you can get your bllod sugar levels in control.
8..Turmeric
with milk..take a glass of warm milk add 1 tsp of turmeric and mix
well.turmeric is having so many amazing medicinal values..take this early
morning and also during bed time..do this regularly and you will find your
sugar levels in control..
9.Take
bitter gourd cut into pieces and put in the blender add some water and blend
it..take this juice daily on empty stomach ..by doing this you can reduce your
high sugar levels..
