1. Fig

contains natural insulin properties which help in the lowering of the blood and
urine levels
The bitter
melon should be juiced and then taken on an empty stomach before eating in the
morning. The seeds may be ground to a powder and eaten also. You can also, make
a tea from the bitter melon. . It is suggested to be used frequently.

have found that using 100-500mg of vitamin C daily can helps to normalize sugar
levels in the body in less than one month.
